Refunds & cancellations

eSIMs

Unused eSIMs that haven’t been installed can be refunded within 30 days. Once installed or activated, data plans can’t be refunded unless faulty.

Flights & hotels

Each fare or room shows whether it’s refundable before you pay. Refunds follow the supplier’s rules. If a booking fails after payment, you’re refunded automatically in full.

Partner bookings (drivers, villas, activities)

Cancel more than 48 hours before the booking date for a full refund of your deposit. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable unless the partner cancels.

Holiday packages

Until our team has booked your package you can cancel for a full refund. After booking, each component follows its supplier’s rules and we refund what we can recover.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear in 5–10 business days.
