Who we are

BaliMate is an Australian travel platform that sells eSIM data, flights and hotels from third-party suppliers, AI-planned holiday packages, and connects travellers with independent Bali partners (drivers, villas, activities, restaurants and services).

Bookings with suppliers

Flights and hotels are provided by the airline or accommodation and are subject to their fare and cancellation rules, shown before you pay. Partner services are provided by the independent partner; BaliMate facilitates the booking and collects a deposit or prepayment.

Holiday packages

Package prices are for the combined package. Packages are booked by our team after payment, usually within 1–2 business days. If any component can’t be booked at the agreed price, we’ll offer an alternative or refund that component (or the whole package if you prefer).

Package departures must be at least three weeks after booking.

Your responsibilities

You must hold a valid passport (6+ months validity), the correct visa, and meet Indonesian entry requirements. Names must match passports. You are responsible for travel insurance.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
